Rashada Campbell is a resourceful, accomplished and vivacious operations professional with extensive experience in both the corporate and non-profit sectors. As a martyr of good will and collectivity, Rashada consistently demonstrates her passion for contributing impactful, sustainable, and progressive change to the communities in which she serves. 

She is currently the Director of Operations for Girl Power Rocks in Miami, Florida. She has worked with the organization for over ten years, holding various roles including Instructor and Executive Assistant. Her experience with and fervor for girl’s empowerment and advocacy is evidenced in her experience with the organization. 

She has a vast understanding of sustaining community partnerships, providing administrative support for optimal company effectiveness, and maximizing organizational strategy for reaching goals. Rashada is a self- starter with a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Morris Brown College in Atlanta, Georgia. 

Rashada also inhabits a passion for community service and involvement, which correlates with her core value to serve others. She currently serves as the Executive Vice-President of Community Engagement for the Black Professionals Network. Also, she is a founding member of the Miami Millennial Investment Firm, which aims to revitalize urban communities and provide affordable renovated housing to low-income families. 

She was also an Overtown Common Good Initiative Fellow, volunteered with the Miami Children’s Initiative, and has contributed considerable time to the City of Miami Gardens. Further, Rashada has worked with political campaign teams from the city to state levels, as well as, with the Obama re-election campaign as a field promotions specialist.
